Guaranty Conditions:
- There is no guarantee for the product without hologram package.
- After-sales service is only for changing devices, and the services offered to customers are completely free.
- The guaranty services are only accepted by authorized warranty service centers and guaranty offices.
- The maximum duration of the warranty coverage is different for different products.
- In order to utilize the warranty services, please visit the IPM guaranty offices Saturday to Wednesday.
- If Eject Flash Disks lose their springy state, they will be included in IPM Guaranty services.
- Philips Bluetooth Hand frees have 6 month guaranty.
- It should be noted that the fracture and cracks in the housing and accessories are not included in guaranty services.
- The cost of sending and receiving the products which are included in guaranty are on clients.
Guarantee is not applicable in the following situations:
- Traumatic injury, fall, transportation, penetration of chemicals, fire or high heat, severe dust, power surges, lightning and natural disasters.
- Wrong usage of the device or out of compliance, and ignoring guidelines and standards set for the device at the back of the device’s pack.
- Damage caused by faulty connections with other devices, equipment and accessories which are substandard or defective; the damage caused by the installation or updating any file, application, schedule or Firmware.
- Devices which are manipulated or replaced by persons other than IPM’s authorized agents.
- Any manipulation, damage or dislodge of serial or hologram labels or specifications of the device.
